Official Statement

Dear customers,

We would like to inform you that Fly Go continues its activity in a reduced form and that all tickets purchased will continue to be issued normally.

After more than 20 years of activity, due to external causes beyond our control, we have been forced to initiate insolvency proceedings.

We firmly clarify that this is not a bankruptcy, as some have unfairly speculated.

We would also like to remind you that, in 2024 and 2025 alone, Fly Go ensured the travel of more than 470,000 passengers and made refunds worth approximately 9,000,000 euros.

We kindly ask you to consider carefully the information that follows. It concerns the opening of general insolvency proceedings against the company, the procedural deadlines set by the court, as well as the specific ways in which any claims against the estate may be formulated, declared and registered.

We emphasise that compliance with these instructions and deadlines is essential for the legitimate, complete and timely exercise of the rights enjoyed as possible creditors of the company.

We deeply regret the inconvenience that, due to the impossibility of continuing operations normally, some passengers may have suffered.

Insolvency proceedings
By the Order of the hearing of 07.08.2025, issued by the Bucharest Tribunal – 7th Civil Section, in case no. 26953/3/2025, general insolvency proceedings have been opened against the company Fly Go Voyager SRL. The following procedural deadlines have been set:

  • Final deadline for submitting the request for admission of claims – 22.09.2025;

  • Deadline for the verification of claims, the drafting and publication in the Insolvency Proceedings Bulletin of the preliminary table – 13.10.2025;

  • Deadline for the final approval of the table of claims – 07.11.2025;

  • Date of the first meeting of the general assembly of creditors – 20.10.2025;

  • Final deadline for the drafting and publication in the IPB of the Report on the causes and circumstances of the insolvency – 17.09.2025.

Submission of claim requests
For registration against the estate, creditors must complete and send to the Bucharest Tribunal – 7th Civil Section (Case no. 26953/3/2025) the “Request for registration of the claim in the preliminary table of the debtor Fly Go Voyager SRL”, in accordance with art. 104 of Law 85/2014.

The request must contain:

  • Name/denomination of the creditor

  • Address/registered office

  • Amount owed

  • Title of the claim;

  • Indication of any preference causes.

Supporting documents for the claim and any guarantees established must be attached to the request, within the established deadline (contracts, invoices, penalty calculations, etc.).

  • Second copy to the Judicial Administrator at: Bucharest, Bd. Aviatorilor no. 52, Ground floor, Ap. 1-2, Sector 1, also indicating an email address for correspondence.

Methods of payment of the judicial fee (200 Lei)

Regarding the payment of the judicial fee in the amount of 200 lei relating to the declaration of claim, we specify the following in accordance with the Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance no. 80/2013:

  • judicial fees are paid by the person liable for payment, in cash, by bank transfer or through a remote/online electronic payment system, into a separate local budget revenue account, «Judicial fees and other stamp duties», of the administrative-territorial unit in which the natural person has their domicile or residence or, where applicable, in which the legal person has its registered office;

  • if the person liable to pay the judicial fee has neither domicile nor residence or, where applicable, registered office in Romania, the judicial fee is paid into the local budget account of the administrative-territorial unit in which the seat of the court before which the action or request is filed is located.
