Flights
The site flygo.com allows you to choose all the details of your trip, and pay online with Visa, MasterCard or Revolut Pay cards.
Special Services
It is possible to request special services (wheelchairs, baggage of unusual dimensions or if you wish to make changes to the booking). For this, please contact us before your trip.
About airline tickets
Airline tickets are electronic. The reference number (6 characters, letters and numbers) assigned at the time of booking confirmation and payment is your reference during your trip. Keep this number in mind when making the booking. What appears for the last time on the screen in the online booking process is the itinerary and the number of your reference document. This document will be the entry that you can print and present at the airport on the day of travel. On the day of your trip, remember the reference number and passport / identity card number. Please contact us again 2-3 days before your flight to reconfirm the booking.
Refund procedures
The customer, after browsing, registration and the purchase of one or more of the services available on the Portal, authorises FLY GO to use the credit card data provided by them in order to carry out the purchase operations of the requested service, the charging of the corresponding costs, including management fees, as well as the possible debit/credit operations arising from modifications, cancellations and possible refunds related to the requested services.
The customer is aware that, should they request a modification and/or cancellation and/or not use one or more of the purchased services, the possibility of obtaining a refund depends on the fare conditions of the service provider. In the event that the airline decides to refund the cost of the booking, FLY GO's management fees will not be refunded.
If the service is not used by the customer, even in relation to non-refundable travel tickets, the applicable regulations in force provide for the right to receive from the carrier the refund of the amounts charged as airport taxes and ministerial surcharges.
In the case of tickets issued by low-cost airlines, the management of the refund must be carried out directly by the traveller, in accordance with the procedures indicated by the airline.
In the case of tickets issued by airlines that are members of IATA, the companies require that the refund request be submitted and managed through the issuing travel agency.
Therefore, in such cases, the customer instructs and authorises FLY GO to carry out, on their behalf, all the necessary steps to obtain the refund of airport taxes and ministerial surcharges, with a collection mandate.
FLY GO will confirm to the customer by email the start of the refund process, indicating the amounts subject to refund, net of FLY GO's management fee. The customer may, within the following 15 days, inform FLY GO that they do not wish to continue with the refund process, at no additional cost.
FLY GO will credit the customer, within 30 days of receiving the corresponding sums, with the amount paid by the airline, deducting a management fee for the activity carried out.
The refund will be made by means of a refund to the credit card used by the customer at the time of purchase.
For any other question or doubt about the return and refund procedures, the email service [email protected] is available.
Before buying airline tickets and before departure, we recommend that you check the travel conditions, be in contact with the border police, embassy or consulates of the countries you will transit through to find the best information about your trip.
We inform you that promotions and offers will only apply to Spanish citizens. The limit for these offers is a maximum of 5 orders for each customer. For subsequent purchases, said discount will not be applied.
Flight conditions
What is a low-cost airline? A low-cost airline may be one of the following companies: EasyJet, BmiBaby, Wizzair, Blueair, WindJet etc. Low-cost airlines normally operate between Cities and Beaches on routes where the flight duration is normally less than 3 hours.
Disclaimer
Any low-cost flight booking made on this site is actually made directly with the low-cost airline. Consequently, completing the booking means that you accept the terms and conditions imposed by the low-cost airline. We take no responsibility for any action, error or omission appearing on this site as a result of changes occurring in the interface of the low-cost airlines' website.
N.B. The airline reserves the right to refuse the transport of any person who purchased a flight incompatible with the applicable laws, the fare conditions or the general terms and conditions of the airline. The right to refuse may be granted to companies under the new anti-terrorism laws. Please note that these LCC companies operate independently of one another and the conditions of carriage are usually inflexible. In addition, these companies will apply additional charges for any change made, once the booking has been made, and will require "severe" cancellation fees. By requesting a booking or a modification of an "LCC" flight from us, you are responsible for any change of date/time, cancellations etc., operated by the "LCC" you have chosen. flygo.com is not responsible for any change in the flight (changing the date, time, route, flight cancellation, bankruptcy of the "LCC" company). You, when you request a booking, are informed about the terms and conditions imposed by the "LCC" and by accepting the booking, you accept the airline's flight conditions.
Payment by credit card
"LCC" companies only accept payment by credit card. Some "LCC" companies only accept payment with personal credit cards and not with corporate credit cards. Please note that some companies may apply additional charges for payment by credit card. Our company will do everything possible to show all additional charges for a credit card payment before making a booking; however, this will not always be possible.
How can I obtain the Resident Discount?
In Spain, people who can prove that they are residents of the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands or the cities of Ceuta and Melilla, or who are members of a large family officially recognised as such, are entitled to a discount on direct flights between their place of residence and the rest of Spanish territory, provided the fare allows it.
If you wish to take advantage of this discount, but during the booking process you are not offered the option to select it, please contact us. If you request the discount, your resident status will be verified electronically by the Ministry of Transport when the tickets are issued.
Our fees
The customer, after searching and registration and as a result of the purchase of at least one of the services offered on the portal, authorises Fly Go to use their credit card data, data provided by the customer. Before carrying out the purchase transaction of the desired service, you will be asked to pay a management fee ranging between 0 and 35 euros per person; the cost may vary depending on the departure date, airline, route and so on. The final price appears before payment and will be the price you agreed to pay, with no additional cost.
In addition, a service charge will be applied for any booking with an "LCC" company made through this site. This fee covers the costs of the service and access to the booking system. These fees may appear as a separate transaction on your statement.
The customer acknowledges that in the case of a modification and/or cancellation request and/or in the situation of not using one or more of the purchased services, the possibility of obtaining a refund of the fee depends on the conditions of the service provider. If the airline decides to refund the cost of the booking, Fly Go's service issuance costs will not be refunded. In the case of airline tickets issued by low-cost airlines, the refund request must be submitted directly by the traveller, in the manner specified by the company.
In the case of tickets issued by airlines that are members of IATA, the refund request must be submitted and managed through the issuing travel agency. Therefore, in such cases the customer instructs and authorises Fly Go to carry out, on the customer's behalf, all the activities necessary to obtain the refund of airport taxes. Fly Go will confirm to the customer by email that the refund procedure has been initiated, indicating the amounts covered by the refund amount, the amount which does not include the Fly Go management commission which is non-refundable. Fly Go will refund the customer within 30 days of receipt of these amounts, the amount received from the airline less the management commission for the work carried out.
The return will be made by credit to the credit card used at the time of the customer's payment.
For any additional query or concerns about the refund procedure, the email service is active: [email protected]
Cancellation
"LCC" airlines generally will not refund the value of the ticket in case of cancellation. Refund requests may, however, take into account mitigating circumstances, if they are special, such as death or major medical reasons. In such cases, the administrative costs imposed on each passenger will be deducted from each route and the remainder obtained is refunded in the form of credit. These requests must be made directly to the airline.
Name changes
Once you have made a low-cost booking, you have the opportunity to change the name in exchange for an administrative fee. If there is a price difference between the original paid and the price at the time of changing the name, the passenger must pay said difference.
Flight changes
Flights can be changed before the date and time of the initially booked flight (according to the flight schedule), in relation to the number of available seats. Passengers may thus book other flights (change date/time), and will pay additional administrative fees, as well as the difference between fares and airport charges, as applicable. If the fare of the available flight is lower, this amount will not be refunded by the company.
Check-in
Passengers who arrive at the check-in counter after it has closed cannot be registered for boarding. Passengers thus lose the right to be transported. This also means that most companies will not refund the ticket, will not accept another booking for a flight without additional charges and will not provide any compensation. Therefore, we advise passengers to board on time and before the check-in for their flight closes. "LCC" companies have also extended security measures at airports and require passengers to present a valid identity document. Please note that this may cause delays in check-in.
Tickets
In general, "LCC" companies use only e-tickets. This means that they will not issue paper tickets and that you will need your passport or identity card to be able to fly. When you make a booking, you will receive the confirmation of your flight which is only a booking number (locator), for the "LCC" company. It is recommended that you keep this confirmation, preferably printed, in a safe place, because it is the only proof you will have of the booking.
Baggage
Traditional airlines usually allow 20 kg of baggage in economy class. Some "LCC" companies have limited the amount to 15 kg.
"Easy Check-in" Service
For bookings made on our site, during the execution process, we offer you the possibility of also checking in using the "Easy Check-in" service, the conditions of which are detailed below; check-in will be sent during the opening period of the online check-in acceptance that each airline prepares.
Use of the Easy Check-in service means that you authorise our agency to check in on your behalf and on behalf of all the people included in the booking. It also means: that you have read and accepted the conditions of carriage of the Company you will use for your flight;
and that you have also authorised the other people mentioned in the booking, that you have provided our Agency with all the data that will be requested about your trip and that of the other passengers, in accordance with the procedure that will be sent to you regarding the registration and expiry of the identity document, date of birth, etc.
All information must be provided within the 24 hours prior to departure and, in the case of return flights with different airlines, we may also request additional information in order to check in the return flight.
Our Agency will send boarding passes by email which you must print and present at the airport, both at security controls and at boarding gates.
If the information was not entered correctly, you must contact Customer Service so that our operators can carry out the necessary checks, in the cases:
the boarding pass is not issued and it will be arranged accordingly;
you need to reissue the boarding pass, up to 24 hours before departure, which must be verified with the relevant airline that, in some cases, may require the cost of the operation;
less than 24 hours before departure, the passenger must contact the airline.
Our Agency, by providing the Easy Check-in service, is identified as a provider of the "electronic assistance" service and, consequently, cannot assume contractual responsibilities in the following cases:
if any of the passengers mentioned in the booking has not complied with the airline's Conditions of carriage;
if all the information mentioned in our procedure has not been transmitted to us;
if the Airline rejects any of the passengers mentioned in the booking due to incorrect information provided during the use of the Easy Check-in service;
if the airline requests payment of check-in charges at the airport;
if the Company is unable to modify the booking, having issued the boarding pass.
Our "Easy Check-in" service is non-refundable under any circumstances, including in cases where the boarding pass has not been issued due to your responsibilities or for reasons beyond our control.
If it was not possible to complete the check-in for reasons unrelated to our Agency or the passenger (for example, if online check-in was not available for the relevant flight or if the Company records the malfunction of the site), we will send you consequent information and the service will be refunded. Our agency is not responsible in such cases for not carrying out the online check-in.
